WHAT ARE THE PILLARS OF OPTIMAL HEALTH?

 

With my own experience paired with my clinical experience, I came to understand that health is a mix of good practices, and are all based on the way we used to live hundreds/thousands of years ago. There is no magic wand. It’s all about back to basics, being gentle to self and being in tune with self and nature surroundings. So I decided to write down the most important elements that evidence-based medicine, traditional medicine and empirical knowledge agree to be the best way to achieve optimal health and longevity.
